Sophie Ciciliani is responsible for education and training projects at the WZF GmbH – Pet Industry Services. The former high school teacher, project manager, and editor for educational topics focuses on holistic and contemporary knowledge transfer with a clear connection to real life. For ZZF, she develops concepts and offerings in e-learning, courses, and educational events. Her main responsibilities include training and further education for the pet retail trade and pet care professionals in the salon (groomer).
